Muntz Associates was formed by Robert Muntz BSc FRICS in 1992 originally being based in Coventry and subsequently at offices in Hockley Heath, Solihull. Robert has had considerable hands on experience in dealing with commercial property within the private sector in the Birmingham, Coventry and wider Midlands areas and provides a highly personalised and effective commercial property consultancy.
With a low overheads base, Muntz Associates pride themselves on providing a broad range of commercial property services at a very competitive fee level.
